This is the road leading to Casa de mi Padre. We took a walk, but there wasn't much to see but mud, litter, and cement walls topped with barbed wire.
This is one of the "furniture stores" .
Here are Ben and Nick with their tutor, Sarai.
The girls doing their schoolwork at Casa de me Padre.
Tony with Alejandra, a foster child staying with the owners of the Casa. Tony called her "Tony's baby".

Hi Weaver family!
We're glad you have a blog -- it will give us a better "picture" of where you are staying and what you are doing.
We miss you -- especially at church. The benches around us are missing some girls!
We love you and are praying God's peace on your family!

Hey Guys,
Looks like you are adjusting well to your new surroundings......looking relaxed and happy.
Great job with the pictures! We love seeing and hearing about your life and mission work in Guatemala.
Keep your spirits up! We're "rooting" for you...and praying for you.
Lots of Love,
Jay, Rosene & family
